*Publishers that currently won't license or sell ebooks to libraries:

Macmillan, Simon and Schuster, Penguin Group, Brilliance Audio and Hachette Book Group. Harper Collins does license ebooks to libraries, but limit a copy to 26 checkouts. Then we have to buy another copy.
