Get a Library Card

Library Card Application: Ask a library employee for a library card application or download a copy here (doc).

Return your completed application to the circulation desk.  

Required Identification: Proof of current address and photo ID. 

13 Years or Younger: Anyone 13 years or younger will need a signature from a parent or legal guardian.

PIN: With a personal identification number (PIN), you will be able to view and modify your account information, renew materials and place holds online.  Your PIN is a 4-digit number formatted by the day and month of your birthday (MMDD).
