Area chambers hold a ribbon cutting for the new location of the library in Belton

The new location of the Northern Resource Center opened on November 14, 2016. The Library Board of Trustees and the Chambers of Commerce of Belton, Raymore and Peculiar held a ribbon cutting on November 30th to mark the occasion.

Officials from the Chambers and Cities of Belton, Raymore and Peculiar were there to help celebrate, along with Cass County Commissioner Jimmy Odom and State Representative Jack Bondon.

Library Trustee President, Mary Dobson, addressed the distinguished guests welcoming them to the new library and thanking the library staff and volunteers for helping with the relocation.

The new location of Northern Resource Center located in the North Cass Shopping Center at at 1741 E North Ave, Belton, Missouri, directly across the street from its former location.
