Becky Klein appointed to library board

The Cass County Commission appointed Becky Klein to serve on the five-member Cass County Public Library Board of Trustees.

Ms. Klein of Belton, MO was formerly the Technology Director at Raymore-Peculiar School District. She has more recently been a technical writing instructor at the University of Central Missouri from which she also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Education.

No stranger to board work, Ms Klein has served as president of the Cass County Public Library Foundation Board, president of the Alumni Board of University of Central Missouri, and served nine years on the Raymore-Peculiar Public School Foundation Board.

We welcome her expertise and perspective to the library board.

A seat on the Cass County Public Library Board of Trustees was recently vacated following the resignation of long-time board member Peggy Dryden.
